Passatge de la Banca, 5, Barcelona, Spain
Located just off the famous La Rambla street in downtown Barcelona, a small fairytale awaits. This place is not the easiest to find but well worth the search.
If you are looking for locations with atmosphere, this bar/cafe should top your list. There is no admission cost, and you can simply order one drink and be out in only a few minutes if this is all you have time for.
As you enter the door and pass through the dividing curtain, you enter a small forest complete with trees, gnomes, fairies and plenty of greenery. The lighting is low so the atmosphere is very mystical. There are tables that look like tree stumps and lanterns that provide the majority of the lighting.

We went in the middle of the day during the week so the place was fairly empty, although we were certainly not the only visitors. It is a family friendly place with a friendly staff. It seems that most of the people were there for adult drinks, but I think the kids would enjoy the scenery as well. They do have many different types of beer and other drinks available.
Be sure to take a look around the place because there are hidden areas that will force you to do a double take. There is a strange looking house with some even stranger items inside. The entire place is worth investigating though and will surely be a memorable experience for you.
